A life in colour
Viviane Baroud is a Lebanese painter working across portraiture, landscape, interiors, still life and symbolic composition. Her work ranges from closely observed streets and faces to fractured figures and abstract forms.
She trained first as a pharmacist, earning a Doctorate in Pharmacy from Saint Joseph University, with further diplomas in cosmetology and in nutrition, then studied for a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Fine Arts at the Lebanese University. She also won first prize in culinary arts for best taste and best presentation.
