Artwork prices, delivery, commissions and care.
What do prices include, and how do I pay?
Available works show the artwork price in US dollars. The price covers the artwork alone, unframed unless the work's page says otherwise. Delivery costs and any import duties or taxes for your country are additional: send Viviane your delivery city and country and she will quote them, together with the payment details, before you pay. A work is reserved for you once payment is received.
Where can I find the artwork details?
Each artwork page lists its medium, dimensions and year where available. Dimensions are shown as height × width in centimetres. You are welcome to contact Viviane with any other questions about a work.
Can a work be delivered to me?
Yes. Works ship from Lebanon, packed for transport. Send Viviane your delivery city and country to receive the delivery cost and an estimated delivery time for your chosen artwork. Any import duties or taxes your country applies are additional and are explained before payment.
What if my painting arrives damaged?
Please contact Viviane as soon as possible after delivery, with photos of the painting and its packaging. Keep the original packaging while she reviews the issue and helps arrange the next steps.
Can we discuss a commission?
Yes. Share your subject, preferred medium and size, any visual references, and your budget and timing. These give the conversation a starting point. Scope, price, payment stages and delivery arrangements are agreed in writing before work begins.
How should I care for the work?
Keep works away from direct sunlight and damp conditions. Care and hanging needs vary by medium, especially for works on paper and painted glass, so ask Viviane for guidance on your specific work. Avoid cleaning a painted surface with water or household products.
